Vendor Application

To be considered, please complete the information below and submit it for pre-approval.

—Vendor Fee is $ 200 for Thursday, Friday, & Saturday of the festival. 

–When you submit your vendor application, your approval will be an email from edgarloudermilkmusic@yahoo.com. If that address is not in your contacts, you may want to add it (or at least check your junk/spam folder) for approval notification.

—Once approved, Brown County Bluegrass Festival requires a $ 100 deposit to hold  your vendor space. If your vendor deposit is not received within 7 days after approval, your space will be released to another vendor. Vendor deposit check should be made payable to and mailed to Edgar Loudermilk, PO Box 581, Eastanollee, GA 30538

—The balance of $ 100 (cash or check made payable to Edgar Loudermilk ) is due upon arrival at the festival.  

—Cancellations 30 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

Vendors will be selected based on space availability, as well as product distinction.  Brown County Bluegrass Festival makes every attempt to avoid duplication of products/services.

Vendors are responsible for their own set up, tables, chairs, etc. 

Vendors using electricity, must supply their own heavy duty extension cords, adapters, etc. 

Vendors are responsible for cleaning and sweeping their areas, disposing of trash, etc., during and after the festival has ended.
