To be considered, please complete the information below and submit it for pre-approval. If approved, you will be emailed an application, which will need to be returned with your deposit.
—Vendor Fee is $ 200 for Thursday, Friday, & Saturday of the festival.
—Once approved, Brown County Bluegrass Festival requires a $ 100 deposit to hold your vendor space. Vendor deposit check should be made payable to WOBO Radio and mailed to Edgar Loudermilk, PO Box 581, Eastanollee, GA 30538
—The balance of $ 100 (cash or check made payable to WOBO Radio) is due upon arrival at the festival.
—Cancellations 30 days prior to the event are non-refundable.
Vendors will be selected based on space availability, as well as product distinction. Brown County Bluegrass Festival selects only “one of each” vendor (i.e., ice cream, BBQ, etc.) to avoid duplication of products/services.
Food vendors are required to follow all Health Department regulations and have the necessary health/food permits, licenses, etc., on the premises at the festival for Health Department inspections which may occur.
Vendors are responsible for their own set up, tables, chairs, etc.
Vendors using electricity, must supply their own heavy duty extension cords, adapters, etc.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning and sweeping their areas, disposing of trash, etc., during and after the festival has ended.
